I Am Done

I am done with site.

Forget it all.

I don't know why I even keep writing.

I feel so hurt and small.

Keep writing.

Cause I am done.

No one gives a damn.

And that isn't fun.

I've felt like this many times, and yet, I keep writing. Why? That's what writers do. Writing is one of those creative endeavors that is truly filled with solitude. I hope that you give yourself a chance to not be so hard on yourself. You are a wonderful writer. I had to take a hiatus for quite some time to get my head together. It's hard, but the rewards are wonderful. It breathes new life in your characters...in your poetry. I hope someday you'll read this and realize just how special you are to many people, including me.
