Isn't this the obvious choice?
Honesty over everything

Truth over anything

Live in the real world

This is your escape

Take the red pill

Blissful ignorance

This way is surely more appealing

Unburdened by the harsh realities

That accompanies truth

This way you believe whatever you want to believe

Free and ignorant

Take the blue pill

Take it

I think this is really good! And a really interesting and complex subject. I like the use of repetition and the way you got across the matter in quite small number of lines. Overall, I really enjoyed reading it.
