Love

New and just wanting to get some feed back on my work.

How can you feel so alone with someone so close?
How can you feel so alone in a room full of people?
When we all looking for the same thing.
Love.
Why do we all look for love when we it causes so much pain?
We all know the outcome it's going to bring.
The heart doesn't feel what the mind can clearly see.
No one can see the pain that your smile hides.
But if we all want to be loved why does it cause so much pain?
Well some say love shouldn't hurt.
Which could be truth.
Or it shouldn't leave bruises that you hurry to hide all in the name of love.
Some say love shouldn't leave emotional scars or open wounds on your broken heart.
But some say maybe your just loving the wrong ones.
But who I to tell my heart to who to love?
We can't pick how the heart chooses to love.
Sometimes I just wish I hadn't loved at all.
