Started in the 1950's
It was the first time that teens ruled the world
They changed the culture
Bad boys put gel in their hair
and act like they didn't care
They wore leather jackets
They drove motorcycles
That caused rackets
But they still had to ask permission
From a girl's parents

Then came the 60's
Which brought the hippies
They grew their hair long
Which made every girl jump on their dong
They even sang songs
Of peace and love
They protest against war
Which made girls love them more

Then came the 70's
Where everyone was freaky
No worry of a disease
They all had sex so freely
Bad boys had afros
And also danced to disco
Then came Shaft
It was finally cool to be Black
Who was the baddest man

Then came the 80's
Hairstyles and clothes
Got more wilder than before
Heavy Metal took over
This was when
The bad boys started to look like fools
Wearing bad latex leather
Made all the girls drool

Then came the 90's
It was all about grunge
Hippies who were depressed
Got all the girls undressed
Singing sad songs
Got all the girl's thongs
Wearing flannel shirts
Got all the girl's skirts

Then came the 2000's
White kids became wiggers
They wanna be like n****s
Limp Bizkit was the s**t
Bad boys wore backyard hats
Then came Slipknot
Everyone wanted to rap and rock
White boys wore baggy pants
Which made all the girls pant

Now we're in the 2010's
The bad boys became pansies
They all look like Justin Beiber
Bowl hair cuts gets all the s***s
Slim bodies gets all the hotties
Wearing tight pants
We definately get you girl's panties
Looking like a baby
Drives the girl's crazy

This is the evolution of the bad boy
This is what girls enjoy
Being proper is for suckers
You will not be her lover
If you tell her you love her
She will laugh and look for another
Bad boys changed the world
But now its time to look for
the evolution of the bad girl

Oh yeah i got into them when i was 16 and thats when they blew up with Enthroned Darkness Triumphant. So when i first heard it, it felt like a punch in face. Around the late 90's. Metal started to suck. Cuz thats when Metallica sold out. Max left Sepultura, Megadeth slowed down, Slayer got stale, Bruce Dickinson was gone from Iron Maiden. So thats why i got into Dimmu, it was like nothing i ever heard before

Yeah same deal with me when I first discovered them, which was about 2 years ago. My friend said "Here's a taste of black metal" when I was asking him about it. It was Serpentine Offering. It scared me shitless.

Few years later I came back to it to show a friend, scared him too xD But then we watched the whole video and I found out about Vortex. I fell. In. Love. At first I only liked Vortex's song, but now, the more I listen, I really love Shagrath. People always critic his vocals, but omfg I love them. I've imitated them even. After Dimmu, I got into Immortal (Same guy who showed me Dimmu (Also same guy who said they sucked)) and I began liking them more and more. Still slowly. Then I watched Until the Light Takes us. Meeting Burzum, which blew me away. I LOVE them. Not much after that.

Shagrath's vocal changed. It used to be more brutal back in the late 90s. Check out their you tube videos. He used to yell loudly. But ever since Puritanical his voice changed to a more starscream style. I dont like it when he sings old songswith his new vocal style. :P

Just one little content issue that I take with one of these decade descriptions. I don't think that anybody ever thought of disco as a place for bad boys! I think the bad boy listened to Pink Floyd and had a van and hung out in the park wearing flannel in the '70s. At least that is what I gather from listening to my mom and looking at her photo albums. She went to high school and college in the '70s. She was fairly cool, long blonde hair, head cheerleader, partier, sort of hippie... I know she said she made fun of anybody who went near a disco. And at parties that had djs, she'd wait until they played some disco-like crap and then go request the Allman Brothers' "Whipping Post". Haha. I know she was a girl, but... I can't imagine any bad boy dancing to disco... Although I agree with the everybody freaky/ no fear of diseases bit.

And now, do bowl haircuts look like bad boys. I don't know. It's hard to tell any more. I've always liked them skinny. I like shaggy overgrown hair. I like flannel. But that's me.... It's really hard to judge the now... And I think that I do like bad boys... I have only just realized this. I mean, I have dated more than one drug dealer... lol. Though the bad boy, to me, is always the guy who gets in fights and enjoys risky behaviors, but is sweet to me. I always think that those guys tend to be sweeter than they look, and sweeter than any other sort. I don't know why.

I think that you did an excellent job writing this. I am enjoying the use of stanzas. It IS easier to read that way.

My moms first bf was a weed smoking long hair dude. Her parents kicked her out and she went to america where she met my dad. Lol her first bf is now a successful doctor. He was judged becuz of his looks. Lol no wonder why my grandma gives me a hard time for when ihad long hair and my tattoos lol i throwit back at her face and laugh

Hahaha. That's funny. My mom's first boyfriend had long hair, his name was Vern and he was Portuguese, I never heard about my grandmother's reaction to it. She has a big problem with facial hair more than any thing. My mom's second boyfriend was my dad. He has bushy red hair and beard, wore aviators and vests without shirts under them, had been a navy seal and owned a bar. He was 28 and my mom was a senior in high school. Oddly enough that went over alright, he was always buying expensive things and kept hundreds in his wallet. It was 1975. They were not happy when she actually married him though...
