A Mouth's Curse

A Mouth's Curse

A Poem by Sarah Jane

Why will the words
When no one hears their beat
A beat of a thousand drums
Pandemoneum in my head

Communication is a barrior
A wall which won't come down

Don't try to understand
Because you wont
You can't

The shame I hide
The sorrow I hold
Anger chips away at my heart
Until there's nothing left to love

My mouth muttered once
And the sky collapsed
Banished from society
From familarty, I am

How do I speak now
When their minds wonder truely
Why should I try
When chaos follows closely

Perhaps If silence seeks me
Keeps my thoughts my own
Perhaps then
The sky will rise
