Sailing on

Sailing on

A Poem by Dai Edenburough
"

Something that came to my thought bot.

"

I am like a ship on the sea.

I sail through people looking for the one for me.

Each person i meet is like a harbor town.

But it seems that i can't settle down.

And so I sail continuously on.

Constantly looking for my angel beyon'.

Then I stopped at some small docks.

I spotted a young girl with golden hair locks.

The girl was holding a picture.

And beneath it was a piece of literature.

It read, "I am looking for the one who is like a ship on the sea,

I am the 'Angel beyon' that he can lean on."
