What can any of us do?

What can any of us do?

A Poem by Dianabelle

The children are the victims,

Of a world that wasn't theirs.

But now that very world is dying,

And now they must prepare.

They try to fight for freedom,

to rise up and rebel.

But that will get them no where,

In this hole they call hell.

The world around them is changing,

It's time to end it all.

Together we may make it,

If you fall take my hand.

Weren't we all young at one point,

Small and innocent too.

But if the world is really dying,

Then what can any of us do?

I think you quite artfully described the on-going struggle in half the world.
