Dad

The days and weeks years go past

But it another memory of you  I grasp

Who can forget what you did to me

When I young and when I was three

I suffered I cried

Inside I died

You damaged and broke me down

The brain damage when you kicked me crown

But all that abuse you gave me and I’m still here this day

And I hope one day you pay

And someone see what a monster you really are

And I’m a survivor of terrible abuse but I come so far

Good job with this, it's very relateable. A lot of people go through abuse and harassment of various forms throughout their lives silently. Not many ever receive justice of any sorts. This poem was justice enough for my doubts on if the world has some form of humanity left. Go on and live a normal happy life, let the devil sink with the past and his future be dark and dull.

Great write; passion was positively bleeding through your words. Poems about abuse, neglect, and things on that order really touch me, because a poem so beautiful comes from a heart so damaged. Great job on this one.
