Peace

Peace

A Poem by Daniel Gardner
"

First poem from a long writing break.

"
My senses have become dole
All from the fragileness of my sole
Peace is what everyone strives for
But Peace is not in me
It is a fictitious
Malicious disease
All caused by the minds dreams
In this time
In this world
We will not see peace
Never until mans egos Cease
I will all ways bleed in tears
This is what peace is I fear
A struggle through out your life
To fall and have to rise
Only to knocked back in to the grass
Peace will never come to pass
Not until my life ends in this life

The above words are true. If everybody want to win. In the end. No-one will win. The poem told a honest view of life and living. Thank you for sharing your excellent poetry. I'm glad to be able to read your words again.

A very well written poem overall. Only personal comments: The rhyme scheme seems a little generic. But otherwise very nice.
