A Poem by Complex Disaster

I've been here for a while
I came a long way to find you
Wherever you've gone I followed close behind you
The ground could rot beneath your feet
I'd still haunt you
Escape is not an action I have taught you

And I'm not leaving anytime soon
I'm far from done with you
I know you better
Than these mirrors do
I'll make all of your nightmares bloom

The day you were born
I stared in the eyes of a dead man
I watched you grow old
And killed all your dreams with my bare hands
I loomed over you and painted your darkest hours
I struck a nerve in you from day one

As your nightmares bloomed

Do you know who I am?
I'm everyone's friend
I'll stand by your grave
I'm there until the end

Wow! Unsettling...but in an intriguing manner love...this is way out there...a lot to decipher and ingest...I love it! xx

Kind of reminds me of an obsessive relationship, through the eyes of the obsessive person, ala STP's song Sex Type Thing written through the eyes of the rapist. I could see this as a kick a*s song with some good guitar parts. Honestly, I would add another verse or two, or interject the chorus a couple more times within the verses.
