Destiny of an Artist

It has been a while 

since the last time I wrote;

something abstract or demented,

but it never fails me 

to pull out the words from my soul that is tormented

I guess it is true

what once my friend said

for an artist not to express

is like being tortured in hell.

This is a not a poem

nor a work of art

this is me being myself

seizing a day from the heart.
