Other people

I try to get accepted

Even though, no matter what

They will fail me

How can I continue then?

Turn to God

He’ll never fail me

He’s the only perfect being

He truly loves me

Do other people love me?

I’m sure they do

But either way the wind blows

Is where emotions go

Love will surely follow

Could we trust another?

We can

But we shouldn’t be surprised

If they fail us

We should be quick to forgive

And love them again

Let them know that what they did

Hurt you

But again, forgive them

As we’ve been forgiven

Uncertainty of another

Can hurt us all

But if you want to look

At their uncertainty

Look at yours
