Prehistoric Judges

A Chapter by DavidRyanM

It started when Kurgal murdered Erg over a misunderstanding
about who would start the fire. A law was put into place about
no more killing. Grengal asked his friend Steve if he thought
everything would be made illegal in a distant future. "Never," Steve
said. "Take woman always. Too much fun." They laughed good-naturedly
at each other later in the day when they both tried clubbing the same woman.

Ha. ?
Alright, I must admit. When I read the name "Kurgal" I was really confused thinking it was that vag excercise, then realized I was thinking "kegel". Love the fact everyone has a peculiar and neanderthal-like name, except Steve. I actually really like this wacky caveman-concept here. Speaks volumes of evolution and what we interpret as right and wrong.

Nice story.

question: is this series a set of prose poetry or flash fiction?

Just curious.
