Not only have I deeply admired you for as long as I can remember, but I've never been able to say a single word. Seasons have come and gone, we've moved to different states. My biggest regret.

Unable to utter words of affection,
I continue to avoid your detection.

I watch the boys come and go,
I'm the man for you this I Know.

Continuing to come for their physical needs,
Please hear my emotional pleads.

I'll love you with all my might,
For you I'll continue to fight.

Flowers, sweets, kisses and joy,
You'll no longer be a physical toy.

Open your eyes, look this way,
In your line of sight forever I'll stay.

Allow me to be more than just a friend,
All of your scars and bruises I'll mend.

Together lets walk,
Together lets talk.

Together with me,
You'll see.

A different place with love and affection,
Lets continue to create a beautiful connection.

This is great! Beautiful expression of emotion and pining.
I love how you wish to be her sort of white knight, the one guy who will treat her as she deserves when all others use her as an object of sexual gratification...
It kinda reminds me of the song "White Men in Black Suits" by Everclear:

"She is just a girl, she is doing what she can

Such a pretty girl, happy in an ugly place
