An Ode To Cheese

Ode To Cheese

 

 

 

Here I sit to write about cheese,

Not cheddar or swiss, feta please.

 

so many cheeses, and I like most,

I really love cream cheese on toast.

 

When I make Italian it easy to see,

Mozarella, Ricotta or maybe some Brie.

 

Or Feta, or Parmisan so many choices,

Is this cheese talking, I'm hearing voices.

 

This is too much all this talk of cheese,

Pepper Cheese is going to make me sneeze.

 

That's enough talk I think I'm through,

An Ode to cheese from me to you...

Now THIS made me chuckle. You have a talent for whimsey and this poem shows it. Now I'm no spelling snob and the only reason that I know this is I just saw a pack in the fridge ... you mis-spelled "Feta"

But really, this is reminiscent of one Dr. Seuss
