The epic

The epic

A Poem by Abd-afeez
"

The venture into the past where three heroes stood.

"
*The birth*
Our lives; born of dreams,
the meaning of which it hence beseech,
we are three brothers,
but just one blood.
Our first steps; analogous in state.
But our paths; apart in course.
As we stepped into the future,
we made impacts,
so our future's folklores,
our story they hence tell.
so glance back,
an epic began.

*The common path*
So at the nip of our eerie existence,
soft wind subside the rare cries,
as every home masks in silence,
but out of the dark troops out,
masked intruders lighting our houses,
in fiery fierceness they all burn down.
Cuz rain saved us not,
nor our redundant warriors.
That night our generation was robbed.
And our freedom; our only precious,
Was lost by the early morn.
So in the robber's caravan sat us.
Hands together tied in knots,
the three brothers, just one blood,
together in slavery with just one bond.
So the valor forth us to a damnation,
rocky terrain afore shore,
there we toiled with rags on,
with cries that rains many tear drops.
But our strength together with motherluck.
Bring forth merchants that paid for us.
We are not free but in a new whim,
our future lies not together, and did we split.
Chakrah, sod, merth; our paths begins.

*chakrah*
termine is the name of his lord,
brutal merchant with one soft spot;
hiana; her precious daughter.
So under the dust of the caravan.
Hiana noticed a special slave,
tattered in cloth but richer in look.
Behold the spell is in cast,
heaven witnessed the seed of love.
Softly as it grows in the heart hiana.
Though in the heart of the youthful both.
Hence love soars, so boisterous.
But prove must chakrah his own worth.
And carry must him, the burden of freeing this curse,
that haunt the natives of this small kingdom.
So in the heart of the night as twelve clocks.
Armoured chakrah rode to the cursed ruins,
head tall, to challenge for honour.
The ensuing clash of the titans,
blade to claw, shoulder to fang,
the slashings' fervidness hence yield,
victory for the honourable chakrah.
So in the chamber of the king.
Amidst the numerous eyes' blinks,
chakrah wedded the lovely princess;
hiana, chakrah, the future of alba.

*sod*
He found himself with master lin,
crafty master; the famous black smith,
amidst fire and steel clatters,
sod surges into the blacksmith's future.
And the art he has so much mastered
earned him fame the world over.
so with meteorite, earth, iron and bort,
he made the magical master sword.
And when master lin stepped beyond.
He was crowned the new master.

*merth*
He found himself with laula,
the powerful master; ordin royal wizzard.
And in dismay merth heard him say:
'i see that immense energy in you'
rare kind, totally divine,
and behold the manifestation of such,
crafted the most powerful wizzard,
the world have had in a long while.

*The meeting*
So when darkness spreads over the world,
and foul creatures sought men extinction,
only an alliance seems an option,
so a blacksmith, a wizzard and a warrior;
as the triplets paths crossed,
formed such great force that hence,
rid the world of the horrible darkness.
So destiny welded our paths together,
after plains and hills,
then valleys leading into rivers,
or of fjords and estuarines,
we got appraisals at the end of the journey.

*The epic*
So life unwinds, folds and behold;
it tells wavy paths it always ensured.
Heroes stance is fueled by their hearts,
selfless inclination to saving humanities.
So amidst thorns and smooth, the stance stays.
With seethes persisting heroes never yields,
but in the end they stay eternal.
As their names are inscribed on the stone of fame.
So another epic depicts another history.
That features heroes of diverse faiths and believes,
their source and form wouldn't matter though,
the fact remains they've saved humanity.

I truly enjoyed reading this, it's true that the origin of humanity that is one no matter which part of life you belong to, we're still one, we're capable to enjoy myths of all nations and cultures, and relate to it as if it were our own.

What a vastly moving, stark, and stunning write... a journey over sea and sky... a place of history unveiling the enchanted roots of our humanity... Together as one and united forever. Powerful!

I like your imagery. Very nice. =) I don't usually like "mythical" or "fantasy" pieces, but I can appreciate this for how well-written it is. =)
