Forever

 

Let me surround you

Wrap my arms around you

Tuck you away

Hoping you’d stay

Let me care for you

Feed you

Shelter you

Watch you grow

Letting you go slow

Let me erase your fears

And wipe away your tears

Making you smile

Knowing you’re worthwhile

Let me love you

From above you

Because I need you

Let me guide you

Because I can’t hide you

Let me light up your sky

Spreading your wings to fly

Just don’t go too far

You must stay where you are

Where I can protect you

I won’t ever reject you

Stay with me forever

Stay with me wherever

Leave me never

We’ll stay together
