Naughty or Nice

Christmas Eve

The best day of the year

Is the what most kids want

And what some may fear

Was I naughty or nice

Many will ask

As they lay in their beds'

And in the warmth they bask

Then they awake

And run down stairs in a hurry

They look at all the gifts

With eyes still blurry

Then they see it

Their stocking filled full

Then they imagine

Is it candy or coal

They open the sock

With eyes so wide

And then they see the candy

Full from side to side

Now the question stands for you

And you can't answer with a roll of the dice

What were you this year

We're you naughty or nice
