This is a Homage to Epipsychidion, PB Shelly's last major work (Addressed to Teresa Viviani, then 19-year-old daughter of the governor of Pisa, confined in the convent of St Anna).
L'anima amante si slancia fuori del creato, e si crea nel infinito un Mondo tutto per essa, diverso assai da questo oscuro e pauroso baratro.
The loving soul launches beyond creation, and creates for itself in the infinite a world all its own, far different from this dark and terrifying gulf. - Teresa Viviani.
Shelley was a man of freedom. So when he saw this girl Teresa, whom he called 'Emily', confined to a small place of sparse hopes, he wrote a long verse poem, expressing his sorrows and thoughts on her situation. You must read it. It's the primal answer for all the questions based on freedom (Which indeed, is the ultimate goal of life).

the ultimate test of the work is "can and does the reader contribute to the piece" from his or her own reality and experience. This poem passes that test with such ease and achieves an even greater height. It has a delightful cadence and voice despite any liberties you may have taken with language (grammar etc). I find it excellent.
Most of the time when I read your poems, I get lost for words, and just like now, feel that no reviews are going to do this amazing poem justice-so instead of cramming a load of cliché phrases, I am, like always, going to favourite this poem :)
