Sacred Vapors

Sacred Vapors

A Poem by Chase Dylan
"

Submarine-stage...

"
I'm untamed
Insane brain lame-reined in to fillet saber-lain drains
In labor I gain ravens braver than slavers able to savor gall-breaker takers
if you're in favor lets rape-her and traverse papers for diverse capers
I'm tapered
a subversive undertaker of faker law-makers
on sacred vapors I'm a shaker of all traitors
Belays raided faded duration sated gated by lesions on nations
Fulmination of generations slated in gray
Painted on a submarine stage
a rage in a cage set like a face-plant
I'm like Abraham and freed the slaves of verbal-trends
I'm global-sent and vorpal-bent
but low-rent keeps me lent to the lamb
I'm slammed and lambasted
ran outta RAM by a ram slipperier than grand
By ghosts boasted most toast by the roastiest roach
I puff a roach
roast a goat
loads of moats rowed alone
Host is over-grown
sober toned loans and blown-out foam
roam ah-doam and sloped groans
I'm holier than the boast of those ghost hosts
No tone

You're back in the groove, my friend! My favourite lines in this one are:
"a subversive undertaker of faker law-makers
on sacred vapors I'm a shaker of all traitors
Belays raided faded duration sated gated by lesions on nations
Fulmination of generations slated in gray
Painted on a submarine stage".
Keep 'em coming!

Gratitude is an understatement, thank you, Wordman
Give me what you're having Silente, so I can roam the cosmos, the Earth all at once. You multitask with your poetry as life is precisely that: multitasking..."I puff a roach, roast a goat" this is vintage Silente.

You ryhme better than me and that is a HUGE compliment becasue I love rhyming! Your vocabulary makes me want to read a dictionary every night, for half the words you use I don't know!
Your brain is like a wonderland and that's a compliment...but sometimes I feel like an old woman...what did that whipper snapper say?! I had a hard time keeping up! I want to darn it! I'm going to read this seven more times! LOL I'm serious. I enjoy your work it challenges me! And your style is unique another awesome thing!! Keep writing your heart out!!

You will have to forgive my English which doesn't really help me to understand all Your sentences, but to me it was a try to get out, to keep Your brain sane in this shrinking drowned society, You are forced to drown too because You are a part of it, but still You know Your own self very well, how strong You are, You just dive with the drowning but rise from anger like the wave, trying to make a difference, a new voice to be heard, I like how You started Your poem because it shows how aware of You own self You really are, I'm impressed by Your rhythm here, a spirit of a rock star I feel.

" I'm like Abraham and freed the slaves of verbal trends...I'm holier than the boast of those ghost hosts." YES you are! Beyond Light-speed lines, electric swords piercing the night of the "Fulmination of generations slated in gray"..killer form, beat, flow, intricate rhyme pattern, cadence..Scathing social commentary- rapers, "fake law-makers- "I'm a shaker of all traitors." You are the Best at what you do, and I bow to your genius!
