Wow, "He kneels their souls unbowed in anguish as the night whispers betray"
Signifies that a demon impersonates an Angel with a sword and when the victims lower their guard, it cuts their heads, then they become whisperers for infinity because before reaching Heaven, they gave up as they kneeled, they looked down and they gave their heads to the demon disguised as an Angel.

This image and Senryu are perfectly unforgettable. Beautiful words, form, profundity, meaning. We would have been bowed. He was not. Hallelujah. Amen. Great write!

I just love this poem it expresses so much - those in contact with spirit will understand🌹
This made me think of Jesus, that's the garden he was in the night before he was betrayed right? Does this have a religious context?

I like 'unbowed' posture while living in 'anguish'..many times some chapters are unforgettable in life in a true sense while the ink of loyalty in those are completely faded away..beautiful

They could not watch with Him for even one hour.
Sweating actual blood, Jesus dreaded the quickly approaching sacrifice.
A senryu dealing with matters of staggering significance!
