Swan Maiden

Swan Maiden

A Poem by *~DreamDeamon~*

She flies free

Without a care

She looks down on us

laughing, laughing at

what we've become

she see's our pain but

does not worry about it.

She has her own problems,

feeding four hungry mouths

before the striking of winter.

She must teach them her ways

and hope they survive

the harsh winters.

Although flying without a care

she still worries of her children,

cuz she's been through it all herself,

She flies on and on.
