Oracle

Oracle

A Poem by getinthecarplease

Dance of hemispheres in vermillion twilight,

cast realms into the flickering dimension beyond.

Fortune of cerebral emptiness concludes,

sabotage the sabbath in potion scents before

begotten images sprinting naked into flame.

Asphalt paths, the lavender pond,

deafening sounds puncture the mothermind.

Treaty of indulgence writhes in the cells

as Justice sits in her philosophical lake blinded.

Utopian brain is burnt by the blue barbarian

and pits of black tar shall be the grave.

Iris sparks realism, tinted eyes reveal a greener dawn,

erase the memories poisoned by fate.

Rise in a meadow of needles,

salute the leader in his execution robe.

Alas a lamp on the tree of sephirot

turns the island wheel to face an altered earth.

Unite under flame rinse perceptions from pseudo-lives.

Novel prints on sensuality, unrest under canal locks.

Relinquish the tears of passed time,

assassinate the art from, the adolescent mind.

Ultimatum fixed by a galaxy of phony gods

sip the blood of cult, nether sunset has faded to silver.

Empty euphoric beats in the cascading scents of passion.

Us / we / you / I touched by fertile land.

Essence lost in a weary mind.
