Waldi

Waldi

A Poem by getinthecarplease
"

(for Godbluff, twenty-two degrees, and overall)

"
Rhineland Waldi,
stubborn little hound,
sleeps in a grotto
and digs at the ground.
When badger bays
and boar comes around,
squares for battle,
with laurel he's crowned.

Blanket bastion
with cinnamon bone,
clawed at the brow
of a sylvan crone.
Atop the pedestal
of ivied stone,
he stands lauded
with howl and foehn.
