Sinful Appetite

My hunger had been sated,

I bring my blood covered hands to my trembling lips,

Not only have I tasted the forbidden fruit,

I have relished in the last bits,

Their is no guilt as their once was,

Only the familiar need and it`s claws,

The thought is amusing, feeling shame,

My sinful cravings are the cause of other`s eternal bane,

Even if I wished to I could not cease my addiction,

The demon pries at my insides while I imagine restriction,

The alluring thought of my usual meal never fails to seduce me,

One might say it is like a beautiful women, But I disagree,

For some reason I find flesh a bit more satisfactory.
