Carving Out

Carving Out

A Poem by Edmund S. Obumba
"

Its a poem about the feeling of rejuvenation, picking up from the ash after a setback..

"
I'm breaking loose from my shell,
awakening my innate self
sprouting afresh,beaming with a
new aura,
reprogramming my conscience,
recalculating my steps,
solving my connundrums
no more addendums to my lifes
script
its goodbye to the old habits
its an ode to failure,
an adage to denial
a halleluyah to a new beginning
a new life to be lived
away with my old sculpt;

I'm carving out a new.

Expressed so eloquently, I felt so invigorated by each statement, which I think hold a broader meaning and a long long term commitment, ever word chosen splendidly, apt to is this message for the spring time and you take the experience of addressing old stubborn habits to an extraordinary level, brilliant.
