She Asked Me Whats on My Mind

She Asked Me Whats on My Mind

A Poem by Aristede Craig Jr
"

Everything and Nothing at the same time

"
She kept asking me what i was thinking.
and i. when i spoke i gave her a painting.
pain you hear it "tingg"
my words always to sharp
the sting. pierce.
cut up when you don't give me enough.....
time.
see i rather you stay off the edge of my tongue
your patience might bleed dry...
this time...
watch it sometimes, im unconscious
that your thinking of what's conscious
in my mind...
but as fast as you blink i would have thought a million times...
so be careful in the meantime when you ask: Love what's on your mind?...

Always a tense moment, of sorts, when that question is asked...yet if asked...all we can do is reel it off, smiles :) Hope you are well hon? x

Those thoughts can be cutting at time, for sure. Whenever you can think nothing. Great one.
