Stolen Words

when i write, i let myself go and dont think, just make the words that come to me. writing on a feel<3

I have my own words,

I dont need yours to speak,

An empty page waiting for me,

My inspiration is bleak,

this hole in my chest where my heart used to be,

you took it when you left,

stole the words right from me,

my dignity vanished,

i have nothing to say,

the moment you walked away from me,

how can i forget that day?

the words from my heart.. torn away,

part of me died, i felt your tears! i know you cried!

the day you walked away from me,

you stole my words, left my chest to bleed.

I personally like this poem. of course cause i wrote it.
but, it really hits home when someone leaves your life and you feel that they took a big part of you with them. and this person took my inspiration to write.
