Shattered glass

Shattered glass

A Poem by Theo Ratcliffe

The blood drips down your body,
as the knife falls to the ground.
The room  you stood in spins around you,
as the world fades away.

And that mirror you stood before shatters,
causing its glass to fly,
as it cuts you deeper and deeper with each piece.

It's then when you realise the girl in the mirror shattered too.
