Life is a Mountain

life
is a hard mountain to climb
sometimes the paths are easy
while others are strenuous
but
whichever path you take
it will lead you somewhere

sometimes
it will rain
sometimes
it will be clear
sometimes
storms will blow you off
your feet
but you must remember
the sun will always come out again

some days
you will fly
other days
you will fall
it can get so steep
the mountain
but it is not that way forever
one day
you will reach the summit of the mountain
you will look up to the sky
and thank God for guiding you up the mountain
you will be victorious
because you made it through the difficult journey of life
