" Here's a clue, nobody's fine." Hank the octopus from Finding Dory. I often wonder why perfect strangers ask us how we are...it's not like they care...so we just say fine and move along because telling someone who doesn't care is the same as telling nobody at all. It's sad there aren't more empathetic people in the world...or a few more at least with any feeling at all. I understood the write. Can't say I like it...but I understand it. And you express it well.

You have a clean simple style. I really like that. The object of language is communication and if you can move others or draw them into your world for a bit...I feel you are doing your art justice. In the end, being a poet is not about writing poems but about the body of work taken as a whole. There's a strange word for that called an oeuvre. It's like building immortality from art. Shelley's Ozymandias comes to mind. :o)
