Evil

Evil

A Poem by E.V. Black
"

Behind that face was no fairy tale.

"

Behind that face

was no fairy tale.

All the girls wanted him,

the gorgeous bad boy.

Wanted him to sink

his hot poison into

their depths and

change them into

crazed beasts.

He was handsome.

No doubt. But deadly.

He laughed at pain,

chuckled at blood.

Mind twisted into

a thousand winding knots.

He was too gone

to be undone.

He had no heart.

He was cold

and could not love.

Was he cursed

from the beginning

to be such a beast?

All there was

was evil,

dormant but awakening

since his birth.

He was poison,

delicious but dangerous.

And I took a sip

and died.

A portrait delicately painted with hurts. The problem with poison is that even if you know you have been infected, you can't stop it from spreading. Nice words
