4G-ealousy

4G-ealousy

A Poem by Red Brick Keshner

Text walking, text driving,
text dreaming, text romancing....
that is all you ever do;
I don't even bother anymore.

It's good for you to press send your love
and religiously employ your charger.

This heart envies the track pad
and your touchscreen devices;
they get more swipes & pinches
than I will ever get from you.

Let's hope for your sake
that your smart phone loves you back.

About
