Struggling

Year poem was written: 2013

      An accursed life of pain and isolation,

            where one will never feel accepted.

      The will to endure slowly fading away,

            hardly any hope seems visible.

 

      Living in a deep tunnel of darkness,

            with no way out.

      Suddenly.......light seeps through the tragedy.

            in the faces of those around you.

 

      Not giving you enough strength to overcome,

            but enough to have faith in love.

      Their compassion gives me enough belief in God to,

            keep on struggling.
