VOICE

See the boy's found his voice

he can shout and scream now.

The boy is throwing punches around

and the bullies are wondering how.

See the girl's falling in love

smiling to herself, singing songs.

She's gone to the fair all alone

going where her heart belongs.

See the man standing tall

breathing hard and breaking sweat.

He is not failing himself anymore

Wretched world is no more a threat.

See the woman tending her children

she' swore, she would not retreat.

No demons scare her anymore, 

they are all smiles, even in defeat.
