Through Pain, we rise again.

As Victors with everlasting strength

Humbled by humility,

and conquers of self-pity.

Much more eloquently stated than the classic, "What doesn't kill us makes us stronger" - Yes, through pain we rise again, certainly wiser and more appreciative. A grand meaning in a short piece.
