...a thought that came to light.

You stand,

As either one of two things.

Cowardly or Courageous. 

There's no way you can be both.

Food for thought here with this one...the only way to over come cowardly is to stand up and be courageous... or in turn not stand and be cowardly...

Yes, and its almost amazing how many are courageous at heart but to cowardly to stand up. Through my writing I want to challenge writers, artist, anyone actually to be more, inspire more, and change more than they are now. This is where this poem came from, there is so much going on that no one speaks anymore...everyone is a coward to truth, but courageous to defend lies.

Lol, no comment...but I know what your saying...I'll PM you some Poets to read...courageous is one that is baring their soul or your not writing...you do...it's so deep that people will use fake accounts to bare their soul because they are afraid to reveal themselves after readers connect to their poetry, some do reveal themselves and bare their soul, and they would close their account because it's too much to bare...I Thank you, Gentil, yet really I haven't scratched the surface...It's because I'm I willing to bare more of my soul...my voice of experience is still learning at it writes from a source of pain and joy...I'll PM you some poets, but here's one caveat, take time to read Poets from different walks of life...get out of your comfort zone...because it may help the insight of the voice within.

Yeah its such a weird thing. I think the ratio of cowards to courageous individuals is like 20:1 or something like that because their are more followers than leaders. As I continue to read on the site, I find no one truly speaking. Like you are one of the few people who actually speak about reality, others seem so oblivious to the real world. Just to reiterate, I truly appreciate your work brotha.
