Such a sweet honest poem, it's so open and truthful to the reader and water is a very precious element, and you have captured that very well here. My one critique: you spelled view wrong. But, simply put a very well written poem.

Water has such healing effect on us....isn't it...must be our body has so much water.... the waves ....the rain fall....even the warm bath.....soothes our soul.... :))

Yes, the format suggests flowing water, and I like the alliteration. Am I right in saying that the water is a metaphor for your thoughts and emotions? I think the poem is very effective, but (I hope you don't mind a but?) I think the last line, using 'colour' seems a bit out of place in this watery poem. I understand the meaning of 'Let your true colours show', but I just wondered if you could say the same thing using a water reference.? (The well of your soul????). I enjoyed this poem.

I believe that Your poetry hasn't taken yet its complete worth... one day they will spread and spread, becoming even more and more famous, I told You before, it's not about writing beautiful words, I think many can write beautiful words, it's about the depth, that beautiful beautiful beautiful mind of Yours... I can't tell You how touched I'm that You write of "water" and its power like You did, only a genius can do that.

Oh I don’t know whether to laugh or cry- your words touch me deep inside and I chuckle a chuckle if deep appreciation with a lump in my throat and tears wanting to form in my eyes- I do love water so- I say I should have been a mermaid- my most precious place and sanctuary at times is in my bathtub- I lie for hours in oils candlelight- it allows my thoughts to soar and become open to more- water touches the inner core of me- Thankyou for your kind heart and spirit I do appreciate you and your wonderful words- blessings always🌹

I will tell You alone this secret*

when I was little I used to fill a barrel in the bathroom with water, then spend sometimes more than hour swimming my doll within it, playing the role of a mermaid, yes as I've told You when I was little I BELIEVED I was a mermaid in some previous life, and the little mermaid story settles in my depths, thus... Water is precious to me, actually I also drink water a lot, I bet You do too.

maybe we were mermaids somewhere in time, and maybe that's how we met before :)

This brings to mind the hypnotising effects of water, from the beauty of a waterfall, to the cocoon like feel of relaxing in a hot bath.
I havent mentioned the R word yet, (rhymes with pain), as it hasnt rained in two days and I don't want to jinx it :)
