When nothing is left but to look internally and live the truths you have so tried to hide🌹

‘Oh Weeping Heart’

Oh heart
So cold-
Growing old
Under all the

Pain without
The gain-

But glory
Hidden
Within
The story
Of life-

With sadness
And strife
It cuts your
Life

The blood
If fights
To do what’s
Right-

Battles day
And night

Searching

For that
Distant light

To show
The way
Within
The games
We do play-

Oh happy day

When you do come
The end for some
A start anew
For chosen
Few

Time is set
In lieu
Don’t say
You never
Knew

For choices that
Are made
And games
You shouldn’t
Have played-
Can bring remorse
Its part of the
Course-

Unbuckle the horse
The riders free
Its up to you
And me

Let your spirit
Fly free
To live in
Truth and
Honesty-

Uncomplicate
The history
Of your destiny

Let your heart
Set free the love
That’s shared
By you and me-

The mystery
The truth
Renewing youth

Reignite the spark
Removing the dark
Of shadows of
Sadness
Bringing the
Madness

Of souls
Lost and torn

Begging to
Be reborn-

Hear that distant
Horn
The line
Has been laid
All games have
Been played
Moves have
Been made

Unsaught destiny
Been bought
By the lies
Of the lost

Swallowed
At any cost-

If only you knew
The path that is right
Is full of glorious light

No selling the soul
For an empty
Pointless goal-

So search deep within
Find where all truth
Begins-

An angel there awaits
Unlocking the gates
To mercy
And goodness

No needing to feel
Fruitless

The fruit that you bear
Your’e able to share

There’ll be
No sadness
But only
Gladness

Let your heart
Show
The path you need
To go🌹

this can be likened to the poet's path...all that we might go through that is painful will eventually lead to those words coming together in poems...there is a reason for everything? maybe...
and maybe hurt so that we can bleed ink? We must be glad that we can write of that pain...
and show others they are not alone.
