World Peace Let it begin with me

A world at peace so we shall pray for this to be true for all lands and nations alike.

A world at peace

So we pray that this too may come to pass

Be a brave child of God 

Pray for a peace that will last

Many would say peace is an impossible dream

on earth as long as we have two humans to disgrace

What was once planet earth

Jesus will lead us to the Second birth

Be born again in Christ Jesus

accept him as you Lord and Savior

and he shall put your mind at ease

A time to celebrate Peace on Earth

And an infant birth a child King

Was born in Bethlehem

To save the world from sin and death

To give to us peace of mind and a soul at rest

Jesus is the promised Messiah 

Of the Prophet's of old

He spoke to crowds of scripture

That told about a Savior known as King of the Jews

he would be beaten and tried before Roman

Mocked and spit upon

Done to many wrongs

he kept his Father's House in order

Then he was crucify and Died

On a Roman Cross

for the forgiveness of our sins

he shall always be called the Lamb of God

who gave his life to save ours

Never before has such a great love

Been shown in the tears shed on the cross

As his blood washed away sin

and we will be found in Robes of White as the snow

a forgiveness that glows 

As his blood did flow

across the wood stained cross

A greater love has never been shown

as the man who laid down his life for his Friend

For that is what Jesus did for the sins of the world

Glory to his father on high
