The Sinkhole

Goodra accidentally wrecks the floor.

Goodra has a strawberry.

Goodra: I love strawberries!

Goodra throws the strawberry in the air and tries to catch it in her mouth but misses. The strawberry rolls under the floorboards.

Nidorina: It trapped under the floorboards! It'll be covered in dust and dirt!

Goodra: As long as it hasn't been on the floor for more than five seconds, it's OK to eat!

7 seconds later. Goodra is on the floor with a spoon in a gap between the floorboards.

Goodra: Four and a half, four and three quarters....

Nidorina: Give it up, Goodra! It's gone!

A piece of the floorboard breaks off and flies into Nidorina's mouth. A huge amount of the floorboards collapse and a hole appears.

Nidorina: A sinkhole under the cafe!

Goodra: What's a sinkhole?

Nidorina: It where the floor rots and eventually collapses!

Goodra: We gotta hide this hole!

Nidorina: Yeah! Before Latias gets here!

Goodra and Nidorina push all the tables and chairs in the hole.

Goodra: It's not enough!

Nidorina: I'll go get some stuff from the kitchen!

Nidorina pushes an oven and a fridge in the hole.

Goodra: Now we just gotta cover the hole!

Nidorina: Easy!

Nidorina throws a blanket over it. There's a big lump.

Goodra: She'll notice for sure!

Nidorina: Don't worry! I know what'll distract her!

Latias comes in. Goodra and Nidorina stand quietly.

Latias: You're all quiet this morning!

There's a plant on the blanket.

Latias: Why is the a Cheese Plant in the cafe?

Goodra: A Cheese Plant? Why did no one tell me it was a Cheese Plant?

Goodra picks up the plant and sits down.

Nidorina: I knew it would draw her attention away from the hole!

Latias: What hole?

Nidorina pulls the blanket away. Goodra is sitting on the floor holding the plant.

Goodra: That massive hole just appeared and everything just sort of.... fell in....

Goodra starts to eat the plant.

Latias: Hooray!

Nidorina: You're not angry?

Goodra is spitting out the plant.

Latias: Angry? We'll have time off work while that hole's being fixed!

Nidorina: Yay!

Latias and Nidorina leave while Goodra is wiping her tongue.

Goodra: Why did no one say Cheese Plants taste horrible?
