Dream Of Slumber

First some small country maybe in Africa
then a city in west Persia
all the salt in the dead sea
all the teachings of Gandhi
the sound of pounding waves
who were the braves
as i drift to sleep
my mind clears revealing the deep
i would not lie
i couldnt lie
but there i would lay
and nor could i delay
as the world would fold
only you i'd hold
a world of two
my world with you
