...so many questions and reflections...

It's been said that
space
is the final frontier

I shout blasphemy and
declare that it's fear

Of forgetting
or...

remembering

our deepest pain

Failure of broken-hearts
to mend
the many scars
that remain

Who am I really
and
who was I created to be

Can I ever truly from my past
become
free

Lingering in my memory
are the multiple faces
Of those who have shaped me
and
left their traces

Am I forever to be on my own

One day
to be called
a crazy
old
crone

Am I a treasure
to be
discovered

What other fears lie
in wait for
a lover

I felt these words and sentiments deep in my bones...you've given a profound and poetic voice to the questions we all must ask at some point in our lives, sometimes subconsciously. You're only saying out loud what many of feel inside anyway. I've given up asking questions that I don't know the answers to. my life goes on. Good days and bad. No love for the present but leave it to the fates. I know you're doing a lot of growing and your life is changing. We've said before, go with the flow. Pick out the good bits, kick the bad bits into touch.
