I Have Given Into Him

I Have Given Into Him

A Poem by Dominik D. Ravens
"

The thoughts of a dying soul before it perishes.

"
Dark some light,
Feverish flame.
I go forth into,
The birth from which I came.

I stake the heart,
For it is vile,
And though I am strong,
And ever so versatile,

I condemn myself,
To he who has birthed me;
A fate so strenuous,
Yet so common among rarity,

I have given into him.

I thought of this as I was about to go to sleep. Sorry for the lack of formatting, but I do love this poem (: It's also a bit different from my usual work, but I'm happy to share it nonetheless.
