These Trees

These Trees

A Poem by Fran Marie

Weeping Willows whisprering whisps of woe.

Opposing old Oaks standing sentry sturdy soldiers in a row

Everlasting Evergreens express A flourishing furry-fir show.

Majestic Maples adorn an awesome view; a scarlet scene in morning light.

Elegant Elms equip euphoric shade, an afternoon's delight.

Magnetic Magnolias of mellowly measure, spices a priceless night

and moon-beams lend magic to these trees perfecting a picturesque sight.
