Shadows of The NighT

Shadows of The NighT

A Poem by Fran Marie
"

Vampire

"

Shadows of The Night

This vampire's heart cannot be tamed
without mercy 'tis you I shall claim

and my vampire soul cast upon evil winds
lives to destroy, devour and always wins

with my mind set in a plague of deceit
I'll pamper my vampire need and make you weep

and my vampish eyes will penetrate with unearthly light
spreading terror and fear to all in my sight.

My vampire laugh haunts and taunts with torment
an evil so profound which knows no repent

with damp-vamp lips you receive the kiss of death
as my teeth sink deep, completing my bestial bloodfest

My vampire power is cosmic energy of nocturnal force
'pon dark shadows of the night showing no pity or remorse

First of all, I keep looking up at the picture at the top. Dude, perfect picture. Second, this sort of made me wish I could feel the teeth sink into my skin. Very creepy, but really awesome. I'm quickly becoming a huge fan of your work. Vampires are my all-time favorite mythical creatures and, in my opinion, you really did the idea of them some serious justice. The description was amazing, and I'm really glad I got to read this.

Ohhhh! This all seems to come from the mind of the person in the picture. I was looking at her and the words were coming from all around. Thought this was really cool.
