Blue Moonlight

Blue Moonlight

Sonnet

Sonnet~

Blue Moonlight has returned since you have gone
and 'til my broken heart's a work of art
I'll search night's thousand stars to wish upon
chase away moon shadows, for a new start
Hoping my heart will go on ~ find true love
love which renders my spirit light and free
release this heart to mend,tender,thereof
weaving love to last an eternity

Oh! that A love star shines fate's glory soon
and heaven's rain pours down star wishes light
'Lest, wishes naught granted, remains blue moon
and love's heart stales, 'neath a sad-blue moonlight
if wishes come true,my heart shall beat on
to a work of art, with stars wished upon

I love your sonnets. They are like olympic divers: they plunge deep into heart-felt sentiments without upsetting tranquil waters.
