Heads Up

Heads Up

A Poem by Fran Marie

Waters cast sad reflections

                         visions losing you

 life renews with affections

                    and I'm not left blue

This piece provides an interesting view in the transition from coin to person with the realization that even the coin is the person. It is definitely a thinking piece, a lovely snippet of mind candy, to roll around on the mind's tongue. I guess it is because my avatar is blue right now, and I am fighting off that urge to cry - knowing how much gets lost behind the tears... wishing for that tiny display of affection, so that I might not be so blue. Yes, as Sal said... a very lovely poem. Thank you for sharing this with us.
