"black september skies" - is a poem within itself! such a powerful piece - I rarely like these short forms - senryus/haikus - but I think when done like this - as they were meant - the power in what you're saying as opposed to saying something and seeing if you can fit a pattern - it's the short statement-like power that stands out here! brilliantly done!

This is very morbid. And I just now read the description of the poem underneath the title. Even more eerie. Also, it lends a touch of sadness to its unfortunate landscape. We will never forget that fateful day.
