Ocean

About the ocean again so beautiful...

 The ocean breeze runs

across the clouds,

And plays hide and

seek with the sun.

Lets just sit here and listen,

To the waves crashing up

against the rocks... Making beautiful music.

The ocean sky paints  the

beautiful  colors when the

sunrises,

When the sunsets  it is

so beautiful  looks like

the sun went to sleep in

the ocean.

The sounds of  the currents

could put the most untamed

beast to sleep.

The ocean again I love the ocean I love the water it is very peaceful to me I can get lost in the waves and Beauty forever and it inspires me and I write about it and can't stop I have been to many different Areas and places in Florida so I know it's beauty but wouldn't want to live there it is just nice to visit for me only...

I love the ocean too, so this poem appealed to me. It is rich with vibrant images and nature's beauty shines through each stanza. I was a a little perplexed by the apostrophes in unusual places though. I love the notion of the clouds playing hide and seek with the sun - excellent. Penny

sorry I didn't explain myself better ...an example of the apostrophes...you wrote "run's" and it doesnt need an apostrophe as it's not showing ownership nor a missing letter, (the ocean breeze) or "it" runs and that's fine grammatically. Same with "rock's" and "color's"....hope that explains it a bit more :)

I was put back on my weekend vacation...
We got to swim in different beaches...
on our tour --- and the guide even put us ---
in a waterfall to swim in --- but cold as ice...
well worth ever second of it...though...
I'd like to go back to Malta --- and Corfu --- Greece...
the water was just crystal clear...
but I can't leave out the serene ones here ---
in my country of the Philippines...either...
